摘要: 通过高温固相反应合成了Na1+xZr2-yTiy,SixP3-xO12系统y=1,x=0-2.0的一系列合成物.其合成反应温度低于Zr-NASICON的合成温度.研究了系统的相变关系以及电导率、电导激活能与化学组成的关系.研究了系统合成物对水的稳定性.结果表明y=1.0,x=0.9的合成物的电导性能最好,对水的反应性也较小,其电导率在室温时为3.64×10-4(Ω·cm-1),在623K时为1.25×10-1(Ω·cm)-1,其激活能为26.35kJ/molc(0.27eV)(473-673K). |

Abstract: Na1+xZr2-yTiySixP3-xO12(x=0-2,y=1)fast ion conductors were prepared by solid state reaction. The reaction temperature of the Ti-Zr-NASICON is lower than that of Zr-NASICON. The phase relationship has been identified by X-ray diffraction. The conductivities of Ti-Zr-NASICON were measured by a.c. impedance technique from 298K to 673K, the results showed that the best one is the initial composition with x=0.9, y=1.0, its conductivity is 1.25×10-1(Ω·cm)-1 at 623K and its activation energy is 26.35kJ/mo1c(473-673K).The reactivity with water for the Ti-Zr-NASTCON was investigated, Ac results indicated that the initial composition x=0.9, y=1.0 has lower reactivity with water. |
