摘要: 结果表明:25℃时四元体系KCl-MgCl2-H0-DMF共有六个结晶区:MgCl2·6H2O,KCl·MgCl2·6H2O,MgCl2·6H2O·2DMF,MgCl2·2H2O·4DMF和MgCl2·4DMF;有九条单变线和四个四元无变点。其中KCl的相区很大,其他则相当狭小,这个结果对利用有机溶剂进行光卤石加工,分离制取KCl具有一定价值。 |

Abstract: The solubilities, refractive indexes, densities and viscosities of the saturated solutions in the title system have been studied at 25℃. The resutes that there are six crystallization fields in the phase diagram corresponding to KC1(I), MgCl2·6H2O(Ⅱ), KCl·MgCl2·6H2O(Ⅲ), MgCl2·6H2O·2DMF(IV), MgCl2·2H2O·4DMF(V) and MgCl2·4DMF(VI) respectively, on the phase diagram KCl occupies most of the crystallization surface and the rest only a narrow region. The six fields intersect the four invariant point with the compositions: KCI 0.018, MgCl2 32.87, DMF 15.43 wt% (corresponding to Ⅱ+Ⅲ+IV); KCI 0.24, MgCl2 25.31, DMF 24.31 wt% (corresponding to I+Ⅲ+IV); KCI 0.013, MgCl2 18.54, DMF 63.46 wt% (corresponding to I+IV+V);KC10.006.MgCl2 12.42, DMF 87.58 wt% (corresponding to I+V+ VI). |
