| Abstract: Six solid complexes of the lanthanide (Ⅲ) nitrates with 2,3,14,15-tetraphenyl-1,4,7,10,13,16,19,22-octaoxa-cyc1o-tetracosa-2,14-dienc (TP24C8) have been prepared in acetonitrile.The composition of the complexes is as follows:Ln2·TP24C8·(NO3)6·nH2O (Ln=La,Ce,Pr,Gd,n=5;Ln=Nd,Sm,n=1)All of the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV spectra,DTA,TG and molar conductance.The stability constants of the complexes of TP24C8 and DB24C8 with lanthanide (Ⅲ) are determined by e.m.f. measuremeats in methanoLThe results show that the coordination ability of the DB24C8 is higher than that of TP24C8. |
