硅肺发病前期肺中钙量的变化

摘要: 硅肺发病前期肺钙变化的研究是探索Ca2+在硅肺发生中的作用的重要内容。本文以离子选择性电极和Tb3+-荧光光谱法首次检测了硅肺大鼠发病前期肺组织的钙量。结果表明:大鼠在染尘后3.5-14天,肺游离[Ca2+]显著升高;肺[Ca2+]的上升部分来自肺组织线粒体Ca2+的释放。

Abstract: The change of calcium content of lung during initial period of silicosis can provide important clue to the study of the effect of Ca2+ on the initiation of silicotic lesion. In tnis paper,the concentration of Ca2+ of lung of rats during initial period of silicosis has been measured for the first time by ionselective electrodes and Tb3+ -fluorescent spectra. The results show that Ca2+ in lung of rats increased significantly from the third to the fourteenth day after injection of crystalline dusts of α-quartz and the increased Ca2+ in the lung came mainly from the release of Ca2+ in the mitochondria.
