摘要: 某些无水硼酸盐具有熔点高、耐潮解、损伤阈值高、光学透过波段好等优点,在材料科学领域中一直受到人们的注视。陈创天[1]等首次得到新型紫外倍频材料—低温相偏硼酸钡。之后[2],又合成了具有倍频效应的晶体材料α-LiCdBO3。 |

Abstract: Lithium calcium borate LiCaBO3 has been synthesized at about 650℃, LiBO2:CaO =1:1 molar ratio, by solid state reaction in air and it is characterized by means of X-ray phase analysis, and IR spectroscopy date. The phase diagram of LiBO2-CaO binary system has been presented. The system has a stable compound. LiCaBO3 which melts congruent-ly at 915±5℃ and two eutectic mixture with their eutectic temperature at 686±5℃, 911 ± 5℃respectively. The equilibrium line at 757±5℃in the phase diagram is due to the order-disorder transition in structure. |
