摘要: 本文报道了[Cu(2,2'-联吡啶)2Cl](BF4)配合物的合成和晶体结构。晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,晶胞参数为:a=10.761(1),b=12.069(1),c=16.146(3)A,β=104.7(1)°,Z=4。在CAD-4四园衍射仪上收集衍射强度数据;重原子法解出结构,并经全矩阵最小二乘法修正结构,最后的偏离因子R=0.05,RW=0.058。 结构测定得出[Cu(2、2'-bpy)2Cl]+配阳离子中的Cu原子为五配位的,它是由两个2,2'-联吡啶上的4个N原子和1个Cl原子配位而成。CuN4Cl配位球略有畸变的三方双锥的构型。 |

Abstract: The complex compound [Cu(2,2'-bpy)2C1](BF4) was obtained when 2,2'-bpy react with Cu(BF4)2 in existence of HCl. The crystals are dark blue in colour, belonging to monoclinic, space group P21/a,with a=10.761(l), b= 12.069(1), c= 16.146(3)Å, β=104.7(1)°, Z=4.Intensities for 3897 reflexions were collected on CAD-4 Diffractometer. The structure was solved by heavy atom method and refined by full-matrix least-squares to a Rr of 0.051 for 1939 independent observed reflections with 1≥3.4σ(Ⅰ).The structure consists of a distorted five-coordinated [Cu (2,2'-bpy)2Cl]+ cation and CBF4]- anion, and the complex cation involves an asymmetrical angular distortion of the trigonal-bipyramidal CuN4Cl chro-mophore. |
