Abstract: A microcomputer program for calculating the energy of electronic transitions of complexes of transition metals has been written in FORTRAN language. The model that is used in the program is angular overlap model(AOM). The perturbation Hamiltionian operator for a system contains the angular overlap operator, the electron repulsion operator and the spin-orbital coupling operator. The basis functions that are used in the program are |a|LSJMJ >. this program can be used to determine the angular overlap parameters of a system by fitting its electronic spectroscopy.
