摘要: 本文介绍钠快离子导体Na1+xZr(3-y)Tiy SixP3-xO12系统中x=2.0,y=0—2.0的一系列合成物的合成条件、相变关系及其两个单纯相—311相(相当于起始组成为Na3.0Zr1.0Ti1.0Si2.0P1.0O12.0和302相(相当于起始组成为Na3.0Ti2.0Si2.0P1.0O12.0的电导率和激活能. 室温时,311相和302相的电导率分别为0.78×10-4(Ω·cm)-1和0.30×10-4(Ω·cm)-1.623K时,311相和302相的电导率则是0.49×10-1(Ω·cm)-1和0.44×10-4(Ω·cm)-1.在473K—623K温区里,311相和302相的电导激活能各为43.01kJ/mole和46.26kJ/mole.

Abstract: NASICON type fast ion conductors Na1+xZr2-yTi-(y)SixP3-xO12 system were synthesized from mixtures of Na3PO4,ZrP2O7,SiO2,ZrO2 and TiO2 in platinum vessel at temperature of 1173K-1473K for several hours to 20 hours(40 hours for a few of samples). A single pure phase with initial composition Na3.0Zr1.0Ti2.0Si2.0P1.0O12.0(labelled phase 311)was found in the range x=2.0, y=1.0-1.3. A second pure phase with initial composition Na3.0Ti2.0Si2.0P1.0O12.0(labelled phase 302)was found with x=2.0, y=2.0. The conductivities and activation energies of both phase 311 and phase 302 were measured. At room temperature, the conductivities of phase 311 and phase 302 are 0.78×10-4(Ω·cm)-1 and 0.30×10-4(Ω·cm)-1. At 623K, the conductivities of both phase 311 and phase 302 are 0.49×10-1(Ω·cm)-1 and 0.44×10-2(Ω·cm)-1.The activation energies of both phase 311 and phase 302 are 43.01kJ /mole and 46.36kJ/mole in the temperature range 473K-623K.
